….Getting Up Early is Good

Get up!1. Nothing like getting the most out of your day by getting out of bed before most everyone else is still sleeping. Sure, you might tucker out before a lot of people but there’s something invigorating about starting the day just after the sun rises. For the benefits of waking up early, check out Zen Habits.

2. It’s really quiet, which means you can have a coffee, read the paper or even do some work before the cacophony starts to rise in your house. Or, if you’re one of those morning runners, you can work out when the streets are relatively empty the air isn’t as smog. Of course, waking up early can also be stressful, according to a U.K. study.

3. It gives you an excuse to go to bed early, which is always a good thing - unless it’s the weekend because who wants to go to bed at 10 p.m. on a Saturday night when you could be doing some serious socializing.

4. The early bird catches the worm, which means that “if you do something early or before anyone else, you will have an advantage and be successful”. So, there you go!
